- Supporting Community and Charity at the Ploenchit Fair
On 22 November, Dulwich College Bangkok made its debut at the annual Ploenchit Fair, joining a long-standing tradition of community spirit and generosity in support of the British Community in Thailand Foundation for the Needy (BCTFN).
For more than 60 years, the Ploenchit Fair has been one of Bangkok’s most iconic charity events, bringing together families, friends, and supporters for a full day of games, entertainment, and fundraising. Organised by BCTFN, the fair raises essential funds for charitable projects across Thailand, making it a meaningful celebration of giving back.
This year, Dulwich Bangkok was proud to participate for the very first time. Families who visited our booth enjoyed cotton candy, Thai-style popsicles, a branded photobooth, coconut-shy game, and ‘Hook-a-duck' and a Soi Dao (wishing) tree.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all families who stopped by, played, laughed, and connected with us. It was a wonderful way to celebrate families, fun, and generosity at our very first charity event, and we are honoured to have shared this memorable day with the wider community.
