Medical & Immunisation

Dulwich College Bangkok is committed to the safety and well-being of every student.

Kindly complete the Student Medical Form and upload your child’s immunisation records via the checklist in the Admissions Portal before your Uniform Day appointment. 

Please note that this must be completed prior to your Uniform Day appointment, as students will review their medical record, discuss any required medication, and undergo a simple health check with the school nurse during the visit.
