New Family Information Hub

Please ensure that all forms in your OpenApply checklist are complete and accurate. The information provided will be used during your visit to purchase uniforms on Uniform Day.  

Checklist forms include:  

• Student Medical Form  
• Parent ID Photo Form (complete one form per family)  
• Car Registration Form (complete one form per family)  
• House Registration Copy (Thai Nationals only)

Once all checklist items are completed, the Uniform Day booking link will be automatically sent to the email addresses registered in OpenApply. In addition, kindly note that tuition fees will need to be settled prior to attending your Uniform Day appointment, as this forms part of the process.

Once you have completed all forms, a booking link will be sent to you to reserve a uniform day. Each session will take approximately 1 hour. During your visit, you will:  

• Try on and purchase school uniform  
• Have your child’s student ID photo taken  
• Receive parent ID badges  
• Receive car access stickers  
• Complete a brief medical review and health check with our school nurse  
• Review and sign the Terms and Conditions & Parent Code of Conduct (please review this before your appointment) 

Before your appointment, we kindly encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions, Guardianship Policy, Consent Form and Parent Code of Conduct, all of which can be found in the Important Documents section below.

Please note: Tuition fees should be settled before attending Uniform Day. If payment is still outstanding, our Finance Team will be available to assist you before proceeding with uniform purchases.

Bedding for Rest Time 

Please send the following items to school: 

• Fitted bed sheet (120 × 60 cm)  
• Lightweight blanket or comforter  
• Small pillow (optional)  
• One comfort item or soft toy (optional)  

Please note: 

• Clearly label all bedding with your child's preferred name and surname.  
• Bedding will be sent home every Friday for washing and should be returned every Monday. 

Spare Clothing 

Please pack a labelled drawstring bag or small backpack containing: 

• Two complete sets of spare clothing  
• Extra underwear  
• Socks  
• Hat  

Please label everything.

Monday, 11 January, 2027 (8:00am – 9:00am) 

Please arrive no later than 7.15am to meet our Admissions Team at the Village Centre Reception.

All adults must wear a DCBK parent lanyard. If you forgot your lanyard, or have not yet been issued a lanyard, please contact our Reception team at the Village Center lobby to receive a Visitor badge. 

Students will head to class, while parents will be escorted to the New Family Orientation.

For families requiring support with Student (Non-ED) or Guardian (Non-O) visas, please contact our Visa Team as soon as possible at [email protected]. 

For families currently in Thailand: 

Please provide scanned copies of the following documents for both the student and parent/guardian: 

• Student and Parent/Guardians’ Passport Bio-page 
• Current visa page(s) 
• Latest entry stamp into Thailand 

For families currently abroad: 

Please confirm: 

• The city and Thai Embassy or Consulate where you intend to submit your visa application 
• Whether a Guardian Visa will be required 
• If applicable, the full name of the parent applying for the Guardian Visa and their passport biopage
