Parent Security ID Cards
At Dulwich College Bangkok, safeguarding and child protection are paramount. As part of our Safeguarding Framework, everyone entering the College must be properly identified.
All new parents are required to register for their Parent Security ID Cards at least one working day before their Uniform Day appointment.
- Submissions received at least 1 working day in advance will have their security cards prepared and ready for collection at the Admissions office on your scheduled Uniform Day.
- Submissions received less than 1 working day in advance will be ready for collection during Orientation Day on Tuesday, 18 August 2026.
Each family is entitled to two complimentary parent/guardian ID cards. Should additional cards be required, a fee of THB 100 per set will apply.
To register, please complete the Parent ID Card Form, including uploading photos. You can find the form under the checklist items on the Admissions Portal
Important Guidelines for Photo Submissions
When uploading photos for Parent Security ID Cards, please ensure they meet the following requirements:
- The photo must be full-face, front-facing, with the head straight and eyes open.
- Only the head and shoulders should be visible in the frame.
- The image should be well-lit with a clean, plain background free of shadows or distractions.
Photos that do not meet these specifications may result in delays in processing your Parent ID Card.
