As part of the admissions process at Dulwich College Bangkok, all students and guardians must hold a valid visa prior to the start of school.

Visa Documentation and Timeline

In line with school policy, official visa documentation can only be issued once our Finance Department has confirmed receipt of a minimum of one term’s tuition fee.

Once payment is confirmed:

  • Visa support documents are typically issued within 3–5 business days once the receipt has been issued by the Finance department
  • The visa application process may take approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the embassy or consulate

To help avoid delays, families are encouraged to begin preparing the required information in advance.

Important Notes

  • Students will not be permitted to begin school without a valid visa in place
  • Visa requirements and processing times may vary depending on nationality and individual circumstances

If you are already residing in Thailand, please send us scanned copies of the following:

  • Passport Biopage
  • Current visa page(s) for both student and parent/guardian
  • Most recent entry stamp to Thailand

If you are relocating to Thailand, please provide the following details:

  • The city and Thai embassy/consulate where you plan to submit your visa application
  • Whether you will require a Guardian Visa
    • If yes, confirmation of which parent will apply, including full name
  • Whether you require a supporting letter to open a Thai bank account upon arrival (if applicable)
